The plastic glass manufacturing machine's conveyor belt features a fully enclosed structure and is equipped with a cooling device that allows manual adjustment of sheet width, ensuring the sheets remain in optimal condition throughout the production process.


2.4 Advanced Pneumatic and Lubrication Systems


The main pneumatic components use SMC magnetic components, ensuring the stability and high-precision control of the equipment. The cup ejection system is controlled by a Taiwan AirTAC cylinder, ensuring precise and efficient cup ejection actions. Additionally, the fully automatic lubrication device keeps all moving parts of the cup making machine in optimal condition, extending the equipment's service life and reducing the frequency and difficulty of manual maintenance.


2.5 Flexible Operation and Adjustment System


The electric heating furnace can move freely horizontally and vertically through a rail system from Taiwan Hiwin, ensuring operational flexibility and precision. The folding mold consists of a fixed upper plate, a flexible middle plate, and a surface-hardened chrome-plated 45# column with an operating range of ≤240mm, ensuring stable mold operation under high load conditions. The air filtration system adopts a triplex design, and the cup blowing airflow can be adjusted to ensure clean and stable air during production.
