1. The small plastic thermoforming machine achieves full automation through a PLC, HMI, encoder, and photoelectric system, offering an intuitive and easy-to-operate interface.
2. The mechanical transmission system uses a reducer and central rotary connection. Forming, punching, pulling, and cutting stations share the same axis, ensuring synchronized operation and minimizing transmission errors.
3. The automatic lifting and material-loading system improves safety and reduces labor needs. Its upper and lower plate-type preheating devices ensure stable temperature control and uniform heating. Multiple forming methods guarantee excellent product appearance, while the servo traction system provides smart and reliable performance. The punching components offer long service life and produce clean, burr-free cuts. Mold changes are simple, and the main small thermoforming machine for food packaging uses inverter speed control for smooth operation.
4. The entire frame is constructed from welded steel, providing a rigid, deformation-resistant structure. Both the support frame and box are pressure-formed for high density and durability, with a stainless-steel exterior that is visually appealing and easy to clean.
5. The roller-type servo traction system enhances operational stability, extends the pulling length, and allows operators to directly set both traction length and speed through the HMI via PLC program control.
