PET sheets are widely used as high-performance packaging materials, but brittleness can be a common problem in production. This article explores the primary causes of PET sheet brittleness, including excessive heat treatment, degradation of additives, improper storage conditions, and issues in the production process. It also provides preventive measures, such as controlling heat treatment, proper addition of additives, optimizing storage conditions, and following correct production procedures, to ensure the consistent quality of PET sheets. Understanding and managing these factors can help manufacturers produce durable and stable PET sheets.
