Operation
1. Preparation
Check the power supply
Installation of mold
Replace the corresponding molding die according to the product specification.
Place the plastic sheet on the feeding frame.
2. Parameter setting
Turn on the power of control panel and set the heating temperature according to the material type.
Adjust the parameters: set the molding speed, cutting length and other parameters, after setting, real-time monitoring through the control panel.
3. Automatic operation
The sheet is automatically transported to the heating area, and then enters the molding station after softening. After molding, complete punching and cutting.
4. Maintenance
Daily maintenance: clean the molds, lubricate the moving parts, check the power supply, etc. on a regular basis.
