1. Installation
The matching between the hot forming die and the machine is very important, so the die must be made according to the machine used before opening the die. Frequent die replacement shall be avoided during production. Because in the replacement of the mold, it is inevitable to cause certain damage to the mold accuracy.
2. Temperature
When processing commonly used materials (PP, PS, PVC, etc.), the mold temperature is generally 16-18 ℃. It is worth mentioning that the temperature of the mold should not be lower than 10 ℃. Condensation will affect the product quality and lead to rust of the mold. The knife edge of the mold is a crucial part. The relative constant temperature (± 5 ° C) of the upper and lower mold knife edges can make the expansion of the knife edge (principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction) equal. Otherwise, the knife edge will be worn or even cracked due to poor running in of the incision.
The cooling water system shall be inspected every day and the water shall be changed regularly. If the pollution is serious, detergent and solvent shall be added for cleaning to avoid blocking the mold water channel.
3. Lubrication
The guide sleeve of linear bearing guide column shall be lubricated twice a week; The stretching rod and ejector rod shall be lubricated every eight hours, and the nut shall be checked for looseness; Clean the upper and lower molds with an air gun to prevent the mold from being damaged by foreign matters.
4. Storage
Before storage, remove the residual cooling water in the mold water channel with air, and then place the mold in a dry environment. If the air humidity in the environment is high, the mold surface should be coated with Vaseline or sprayed with anti rust agent for protection. The upper and lower molds shall be placed separately as far as possible, and the ejector rod and the stretching rod shall be vertically upward to prevent mold deformation. If conditions do not permit, a straight board shall be added between the knife edges of the upper and lower moulds to avoid damage to the knife edges.
5. The use and maintenance of hot forming die is an experience work, which must be competent and experienced.
The product is now widely accepted among customers and has a wide application in the market.
