Plastic cup thermoforming machine completes container manufacturing through heating, molding, cutting, stacking and other processes. The main structure of the equipment consists of the following key components:


Frame system

The body is welded with 100×100mm standard square tube, the mold is made of high-strength cast steel, fixed by the upper mold nut, which can withstand high-frequency impact of opening and closing the mold.


Driving unit

The opening and closing of the mold is driven by eccentric gear linkage mechanism with servo motor to realize precise control. Servo system is also adopted for feeding and stretching device.


Temperature control module

Equipped with ceramic far-infrared heater, stainless steel upper and lower heating furnace, uniform heating. The heating furnace supports horizontal and vertical two-way displacement adjustment, adapting to the processing needs of different thicknesses of sheets.


Auxiliary system

-Fully enclosed crawler: built-in cooling device, sheet width can be flexibly adapted in the range of 380-810mm by manual adjustment mechanism.

-Air filtration: triple filter unit purifies the compressed air, and the strength of the airflow of the blowing cup can be precisely adjusted to avoid residual particles on the surface of the finished product.

-Automatic lubrication: Lubrication device, reduce mechanical parts wear and prolong the service life of the equipment.

High-precision control system


    -Feeding and positioning: servo motor-driven sheet conveying, the error is strictly controlled within ±0.15mm.

    -Temperature equalization: independent temperature control of upper and lower heating furnace, realizing the uniformity of sheet heating.

    -Support 0.3-2.0mm thickness sheet switching, from PLA degradable materials to PS food-grade plastics can be processed stably.

    -Pressure guarantee: 50 tons of closed mold pressure effectively eliminates the flying edge of the cup, and the qualified rate of finished products is increased to over 98%.

    -Failure protection: The fully enclosed track structure prevents debris intrusion and reduces the frequency of downtime for maintenance.
