Thermoforming involves heating a plastic sheet until pliable, then using a combination of positive air pressure and vacuum (negative pressure) to shape it into a mold. Its workflow is divided into three stages:
Heating: the sheet is uniformly heated by a four-segment independent temperature control system (five segments for large layouts), and can be heated from ambient temperature to 400°C in 3 minutes
Forming: the upper and lower molds are closed under servo motor drive, with vacuum pump adsorption and pneumatic pressure forming
Cutting: mold opening and closing servo motor control, products are automatically counted and output.
The whole process is controlled by PLC + color touch screen real-time monitoring to ensure accurate data storage and recall.
